Therefore, the level of transformer noise has become an important indicator for measuring the design and manufacturing level of transformer manufacturers. Strengthening the research and development of transformer noise control technology and structural materials can achieve ideal noise control effects by adopting economical, effective, and technically sound technologies and structures according to users' different requirements for noise.

Transformer noise is the sum of mechanical noise and air noise generated by the irregular, intermittent, continuous, or random nature of the transformer body and cooling system during the process of structural design, selection and layout, installation, and use. The noise generated by transformers widely affects residential areas, commercial centers, light stations, airports, factories, mines, enterprises, schools and other places.

Transformer noise control is divided into two parts: vibration isolation and sound insulation    

1. Take vibration reduction measures to reduce vibration transmission. The transformer body, copper bars, and bridge frames all need to be isolated from vibration

2. Increase sound insulation measures to reduce the transmission of airborne sound blocking doors, windows, ventilation and other areas. Equipment such as soundproof doors, windows, ventilation and noise reduction can be used
